We provide actionable operational and tax advice to the self-storage industry. Our founder Sean M. Hugo, CPA, has over 24 years' experience in public accounting.  Sean built a successful CPA practice which he sold in 2018.  After selling his practice Sean turned his focus to purchasing and operating self-storage facilities.  Since 2018 Sean has purchased 11 self-storage facilities.  Sean’s personal self-storage portfolio includes over 600 thousand net rentable square feet.
